Introduction

The Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven shall be coming in the midst of the DivineBase congregation as follows:

1.     By invitation and welcome.

2.     Only Archangel Michael is free to come in any time.

3.     When an Angel or Saint has arrived from heaven, he may call down other Angels and Saints of Heaven.

4.     Anointing may move somebody, but the person must not deliver messages or minister, until there is message from the altar indicating that the time has come for the person to be used by anointing.

5.     Sudden anointing messages and ministrations are not allowed.

6.     A person who has just arrived at the mission, shall not be used by anointing. The person has to first pray and compose his mind, and he should not come late to prayers and worship.

7.     When an Angel or Saint is called down, another Angel or Saint from heaven can take over. That shows that the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven are working as one, such that the spirit to come down at a particular time is the spirit that has work to do.

8.     Messages concerning the DivineBase Ministry shall be delivered at the mission, and not elsewhere outside the mission.

9.     A ministering Angel or Saint can ask for more time, next time, if he is not able to finish his work during his current visit.

10.                        A minister of God must have stayed at least seven months before he shall be allowed to be used by anointing, to deliver messages and for ministrations.

The above measures are to prevent the very bad situation where people use prophecy to disorganize, divide and scatter the children of God, thereby making many members to stop coming to the ministry. It is a widely known fact that individuals do sometimes pretend to be moved and used by anointing, when that is not true. This is usually done by those people, who want to be used by anointing, but are not being used by the Holy Spirit or Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven.
